Delivery and payment terms for BrandsOutlet.shop

  1. Orders placed on BrandsOutlet.shop are delivered according to the merchant’s terms and conditions, using DPD or Bulgarian Posts EAD, depending on the country of delivery and the available delivery options for the destination.
  2. Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, according to the current shipping conditions, destination country, package size, weight and selected delivery method.
  3. All products offered on BrandsOutlet.shop are physically available in stock and are prepared for dispatch after the order is successfully placed and paid.
  4. Delivery within Europe is usually completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination country, courier capacity, customs or postal procedures, and other circumstances outside the direct control of BrandsOutlet.shop.
  5. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the order process. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, valid contact details and access for receiving the parcel.

Payments on BrandsOutlet.shop are made online during the checkout process by credit or debit card.

  1. Card payments are processed securely through the licensed payment operator Stripe.

  2. BrandsOutlet.shop does not store, process or have access to full card details, payment instrument data, card security codes, or payment account credentials. All card payment processing is handled by Stripe through its secure payment infrastructure.
  3. Cash on delivery is not available on BrandsOutlet.shop.
  4. An order is accepted for processing after successful payment confirmation. If the payment is not completed or is declined by the payment operator, the order may not be processed or dispatched.

BrandsOutlet.shop is operated by Gate.BG Ltd., a company registered for VAT in Bulgaria and operating under the EU OSS scheme for cross-border sales within the European Union.

  1. For private customers located in EU member states, VAT is calculated automatically during checkout according to the VAT rate applicable in the customer’s country of delivery.
  2. For VAT-registered business customers within the EU, VAT may not be charged when valid business and VAT registration details are provided and successfully verified, according to the applicable EU rules.
  3. For customers located outside the European Union, VAT is not charged by BrandsOutlet.shop where applicable. The customer may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
  4. The final order total, including VAT where applicable, delivery costs and product prices, is displayed before the customer confirms and pays for the order.

Order documents

All orders placed on BrandsOutlet.shop are accompanied by:

  • electronic order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer;
  • warehouse dispatch document for the shipped products;
  • shipping document / tracking number confirming the dispatch of the parcel;
  • invoice or tax document, where applicable.

If you need a company invoice, please provide the required business details during checkout or contact us by e-mail before the order is processed.


Acceptable use of courier and postal delivery services

  1. The ordered products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the delivery address and the possibility of receiving the parcel.
  2. The ordered goods are delivered suitably packed, according to the nature of the product and the delivery method used.
  3. If the customer cannot be reached at the provided address, refuses the parcel, does not provide access for delivery, or fails to collect the parcel within the carrier’s deadline, the order may be considered failed or cancelled.
  4. In the case of an unclaimed, refused or undeliverable parcel caused by incorrect customer details, refusal to receive the shipment or failure to collect it, BrandsOutlet.shop may charge the customer for the delivery and return shipping costs.
  5. If the customer confirms that they still wish to receive the ordered products after a failed delivery attempt or returned parcel, all costs related to the additional delivery may be charged to the customer.
  6. BrandsOutlet.shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal operators, customs procedures, incorrect customer details, force majeure circumstances, local holidays, strikes, severe weather conditions or other events outside the merchant’s direct control.
