RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

1. Right of Return

After receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return the purchased item, and BrandsOutlet.shop agrees to accept the return without compensation, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The goods are returned in the same condition as received.
  • Preserved commercial appearance (not torn, scratched, worn, washed, or ironed).
  • No damage or visible signs caused by use.
  • Original packaging, labels, consumables, and accessories are included, if supplied with the product.
  • Properly completed Return / Exchange Form.

2. Return Period

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, you may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Required Documents

The returned shipment must include a signed Return / Exchange Form, completed by the customer, including refund bank details or preferred payment refund method.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

1. Right of Exchange

After receiving the goods, the customer has the right to exchange the purchased item for another product, provided that the same return conditions listed above are met.


2. Exchange Period

Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Price Difference

If there is a price difference between the exchanged products, the corresponding party shall pay the difference to the other party.


5. Exchange Shipping Costs

Shipping costs related to the exchange in both directions are at the customer's expense.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping service.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.
  • Refunds are issued within up to 14 days after receiving and approving the return.
  • Returned goods must be complete and accompanied by original packaging and documents.
