BrandsOutlet.shop works with the courier company DPD or with Bulgarian Post / BG Post, depending on the available delivery options for your country. All orders placed by 17:00 are shipped the same day, and the delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on the courier and destination country.

The courier service price varies between €5.00 and €8.00 depending on the country you are located in. During the ordering process, the exact delivery cost will be calculated automatically according to the entered details.

The legal warranty for Maje glasses is 24 months and covers manufacturing defects. Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the right to return or exchange the glasses and withdraw from the purchase made with BrandsOutlet.shop.

Cleaning the lenses and frames of your Maje glasses should be done carefully using the soft cloth included in the set and a liquid that does not contain alcohol or other active chemical ingredients – warm water with soap is perfectly sufficient.
