Outlet models are glasses and/or collections that have already been officially released for sale in the European Union by the official rights holder of the brand. BrandsOutlet.shop offers only original Sting glasses in outlet format – models from past collections.

You can place an order using the QUICK ORDER form on the website. Follow the steps shown on the product page. It is important to fill in all fields completely and correctly so we can process your request quickly and accurately.

You will receive a message from the website at the email address you provided, containing a link to confirm your order. Once you complete this step, you can be sure that your order has been accepted. Before dispatching the shipment, one of our employees will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery details.

BrandsOutlet.shop works with the courier company DPD or with Bulgarian Post / BG Post, depending on the available delivery options for your country. All orders placed by 17:00 are shipped the same day, and the delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on the courier and destination country.

The courier service price varies between €5.00 and €8.00 depending on the country you are located in. During the ordering process, the exact delivery cost will be calculated automatically according to the entered details.

Payment is made by credit/debit card during the order process via the Stripe payment system.

All Sting models you see on the website are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. You can also try and test them in person at our Optical Center at: Dr. Mustakov Square 2, Ruse 7000, Bulgaria.

The legal warranty for Sting glasses is 24 months and covers manufacturing defects. Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the right to return or exchange the glasses and withdraw from the purchase made with BrandsOutlet.shop.

Cleaning the lenses and frames of your Sting glasses should be done carefully using the soft cloth included in the set and a liquid that does not contain alcohol or other active chemical ingredients – warm water with soap is perfectly sufficient.
